1. Earth Day
   1. Steering Committee- (Meetings 7:00 pm Need to invite all student orgs. {Campus Link})
   2. Donations- (Albertsons, Wild Oats, various others contacted by Latasha)
   3. Speakers/ Venues- (tba, Browsing Room, Penelope public talk on Thursday, Jared Diamond Feb. 23 7:00 pm)
   4. Parking- Unloading & Need to get parking passes for vendors prior to event.
   5. Music- Hopefully Reba can help
   6. Design- Mo Bilbesi
   7. T-Shirts/sacks/buttons- (Latasha is checking into printers)
   8. Children- (invite daycare, incorporate elementary course through coloring contest)
   9. Photo Contest- theme?

   1. Ilda Hershey will be talking about "PermaCulture" prior to movie at 7:00 on Jan. 26, 2006
   2. Discussed the need for lecturers/presenters and asked everyone to email Kati with ideas.
   3. Set up table on Wed. & Thurs. and do chalking
